Maybe come on here say I don't know why you didn't get your free parts but I tried to make it up by offering some others for free. Instead of having your name in the beware & stolen section. I can't see how not responding is going to help his wheeling and dealing on here any. Bro you over reacted because you were having a bad day and didn't want people to think you weren't able to deliver a boat without drama. Just saying....

looks like bigfarmer&kidapache have nothing to say,they both had plenty of time to add there thoughts,if they dont care to add anything else to this thread,id say it is dead, and not worth our time anymore,just my opinion.

In all fairness to Paul, as usual there is 2 diff sides.
1. Paul (kidapache) only handled the transaction for one of his clients.
2. check was made to different individual.
3. Air cleaners were thrown in as a freebie.
4. 3 boxes were taken to shipping packing facility, counter person was packing and was supposed to attach 3rd box (air cleaners) to one of the others, this didnt get done obviously.
5. When contacted Paul apologized and offer to send two cleaners that he had lying around, he was accused of being a thief.
As for Pauls character, I trust him. he is like me blunt, people sometimes don't like that but he isn't a thief, and anyone that takes the time to get to know him likes him.
Farmer, you got the parts you paid for, unfortunately the freebies got lost. In the interest of fairness to all the members I think you have a responsibility to report all the details. just keepin it real y'all..

2.The cheque was NOT made out to a different individual, He requested the cheque be put in his name not the guy who actually owned the carbs.
3. The cleaners he had wouldnt fit the 4150 style carbs he just got so i sent him mine thinking he could make them work by modifying the bottom plate.
4. If They Got Lost then where are they...there was definitely enough time for them to show up somewhere. I was NEVER called and offered an other set of cleaners. Tell him to call me ill accept them no problem!!!

See it all the time, a deal is made, someone is short changed, then the seller falls back on "well, its still a great deal"
The seller of my current home purchase did the same thing to me, falling short on a few small repairs he promised to make at neg time. He excuse, I got a really good deal on the house below market value. I closed, because I had to, then sued and won
And the buyer sent the seller his old arrestors??? Crazy! Seller needs to replace said arrestors, or refund and return the buyers arrestors and money.
If they are still a "good deal" at $2500 with no arrestors, the seller should have no trouble reselling them.

well bigfarmer has come and offered his side of the story with PROOF.kidapache has not said 1 word,even when called a thief,offshoredrillin spoke up for his friend.at this point in time,i have to say bigfarmer did get screwed by kidapache,as it appears the kid even lied to his friend offshoredrillin.it is my belief that kidapache did not speak up because he is guilty as charged..just for the record,i do not know either party in this dispute,my interest in this is because i have baught&sold quite a few times on oso and i,as im sure many others pay attention to these type of threads so i wont get caught up in a similar dispute.unless kidapache makes this right,i for one will not buy anything from him,and il bet im not alone.
