I bought my boat on consignment from Casey 13 years ago at IBC. He's been doing this A LONG time, I doubt he'd be running LMG if he were a crook, this many years later. JMO

nope not just u I had to drop 20k into mine over the winter on motor work. did I buy it with the problems or did they happen after I got it is unknown but it was the right boat for us and got a really good deal on the boat. after the work I am still under or at what other people r asking for the same boat that they r trying to sell. now I got fresh motors and should be good for another 350 hours. good luck

Are you new to boating? You purchased a boat sight unseen? No survey, no test drive? And you're grumbling?

I flew to AZ to see my boat and I live in CT...sorry this is happening but you really need to look out for your best interests when doing something like this. A survey looks cheap compared to this now right?

Where is this dude anyway? One post wonder? You have no credibility when you post, run, and hide. Not defending the dealer, I don't trust anyone, but you need to get a grip.

For starters, show us some proof that what was represented is different than what you received.

I purchased a boat from Casey about 13-14 years ago, before he moved to Legends. He was a very stand up guy and went out of his way to take care of some issues we had. I did make the trip to look at and test drive the boat first hand. By the way this was a boat I kept for 2 years and sold for a little more than I purchased it for!
