Easiest way to catch a con man is to put out some bait, look like a sucker, and flash some greenbacks. Sounds like someone could put it out there that they need some canvas and will pay cash up front to get it done quick. He will come to you.

This guy ed whiteford is above the law because he doesn't care, but trust me if I would do anything illegal I'm sure the law would certainly be his best friend. You can't fight scum like him you'll never win. So I tell my story in hopes that he won't screw anyone that treats this. He will get his some day

Finaly!
You will all be happy to know after years of ripping people off he messed with the wrong guy. My husband did not just let it go and spent hours and hours pushing the system with mediations and court dates and FINALY was able to get a warrant for his arrest!
