Obviously the Debo's don't read real goodly. The resolution is in black and white in numerous posts, lastly made by t500hps. Hopefully they are taking the ill gotten parts off their boat to return to the rightful owner in between posting errant defense posts.

I believe mike agreed to continue to take payments, but even though he was told the check is in the mail it still hasn't shown up. Yet these scum bags won't give back the parts. That sums up to be a thief in my book.

A good while back I tried to buy a 1999 26' Sonic Prowler. It seemed that the bank had agreed to accept payments until paid in full from the guy who had the boat. He was selling because he had fallen behind and couldn't make the payments anymore.
I made a deal for the boat, went to get the money, and returned days later to find that after not receiving payment for several months the bank had someone come and take the boat back from the guy.
I know it sounds crazy but it is the truth. Just thought I would share that little story as it seems some people don't think that is how things work.
Agreement + payment in full = purchase
Agreement + no $$ = give it back or someone will come get it
