per the courts records Berk got a $127,000 judgement against Pantera. Obviously he may have difficulty getting his money. Meanwhile in another record it appears father Pantera bought all of Pantera's assets possibly prior to the Berk judgement. |

query "pantera" there are 400 plus records against a variety of pantera names. go the the very end and you'll find the judgement.

All I saw was 5 pages of judgements against them up to 2009 couldn't see anything to do with the Berk case or what am I doing wrong?
