What difference does it make what type of home I own, cars or trucks I drive, or food I eat. To tell my attorney that I wouldn't miss the money was a slap in the face. There were 96 emails you exchanged wanting to borrow money..one of my first emails to you were now was not a good time..my dad passed, my mom is sick, we weren't real busy and needed to concentrate on family..and lastly, Sandy was sick at that time. You never let up from Nov 08 till Feb 09..You hammered away..relentless. The kicker was your numbers on how you were to pay us back through sales was all lies and made up. The court reporter has all this now. What's so sad is both you and Natasha were treated as close friends. I never even got a card on Sandy's death...shame on you! We treated y'all like family. You stayed at my house..You ate my food, drank my beer, drove in a few poker runs. Bottom line, fair and square after all your BS, after going through the 2 attorneys that represented you, that later dropped you for multiple reasons..to a third now....and Lord knows we tried throughout, every payment plan to make it easy on you.. I obtained a judgement against Leverage Polish for pre and post attorney fees and interest. . First I would like to reply on the passing of Sandy. We did send our condolences through one of your attorneys, David Duhe. I'm sorry for your loss, but this thread isn't about that and I'm quite disturbed you would even mention this. For years you have dragged Leverage and ourselves through the mud with YOUR lies. As I stated before, but you got your attorney to file a motion against, ALL RECORDS CAN BE FOUND AT THE HANCOCK COUNTY COURTHOUSE. You've said over & over that I lied, but you've never provided one document. Instead only a note that has been satisfied, but you've denied. Did you take a trip to Miami with Leverage? Did Leverage create the labels you wanted? Did you receive product? Did you receive training? Did you start a competing detail business after training? Did you say you were putting Leverage graphics on your boat? Do you say one day you would own Leverage after stealing it? Did you say to order from you because you would undercut Leverage or any of the dealers? Who contacted who about Leverage? Does your Counsel's firm have a partner who is also a Judge in the courts we have to attend? The list goes on, but this will do so some will see the entire picture. I thought I was your friend as well, but then you've done this. On your blog is one of my ex-employees you were in communication with. Her & her husband were prosecuted & found guilty. He even spent some time in jail. Ask me why this matters? You have stalked the **** out of myself & everyone we know. Court records will prove YOUR lies and to the extent you've gone. |

I posted up 10 documents that disprove everything you have stated. Everything from your numerous Lawsuits to your percentage buy-in proposal. These are communications we've had proving this was NOT a loan. You benefited and almost got everything you wanted, but as you see, I'm not just rolling over. The 10 documents are there for everyone to see with your name on them. |
