5 years 3six. I've set by & watched him do his best to defame our business and us personally. Not to mention his contact with our employees. Had my fill. This may be going on a deaf ear, but he posted here first.

Jupiter, Please pull the case and everything submitted. All of the receipts & Email communications between Leverage and Jeff. Jeff didn't just send over 30k. He was directing me on how his money was to be spent as we agreed to and wanted an itemized list before monies were sent. He sent 7,500, 7,500 & 15K. I would send him the list with the breakdown, he would verify then send a check. As far as 1 million investment, if you banged the guy out of 30K, I couldn't imagine trying to get 1mm back from you! |
Donny I can address everyone of these..but will save it for court. Why take everything out of context.. Ok..Ill play a little....Take the last one for example you know the one that says we are partners...where it says I can sell it to Stecz20 for less. There is a smiley face on my copy that my attorney has, why is it scratched out on yours..secondly it was with in days you were loaned money...and then the kicker.... you changed the dates on your signature at the top of the page on your copies to a year prior.. I have the cancelled checks and when they were cashed and ..Ill leave the rest for court. Nice try. There are dates and documentation on everything. .

I did get 2 or 3 sample bottles of a new formulated polish with haze and a bottle of groove wax, but that was before he received funds from us. I also never have sold inventory, or undercut any dealer like Donny has stated. The inventory I received came from Jim at Top Notch and I have all my receipts showing I paid for it. I have always refereed people that were interested in the product to Jim at Top Notch or Mindy at Dollar, and have copy of every thread that has transpired, and this is not only from OSO, but SOS, Boat Freaks and THT, only because I wanted Leverage to do well, and customers were not getting answers on the boards from Donnie until I would email Donnie advising him to reply. I also sent a few bottles free of my own product to customers that had the old style bottles, and the bottoms blew out. All the inventory I received was used for personal use, and to clean a two of my friends boats and one motor home. Bottom line, They both signed as personal guarantor, and never attempted to pay, and then tried to get additional funds from us once Miami was not a success and involve us in the Ship Shape TV show and advertising. No it isn't. I've been on Billy's 33..gorgeous boat, well built and nice riding. The guy that built me a boat was Jim Gardiner from http://compmillennia.com/ He built a 22, then my 27, and now we are working on a 31-33 as an alternative to Freeman and Prowler. He is working on some mold building at the moment...but also builds many parts for larger boat companies out of CF and Kevlar than bags it, resin infuses everything..then off into the oven. I just got an email from him today where he just finished some CF windmill blades for Florida..they do the delivery and install. Just a Cool guy, neat set up, blueprinted made boats. He's just very quiet, very old school and needs to update his website..and start building boats again on a regular basis. He use to own the Egrets flatts boat co and sold out in 07. Built over 700 boats. Got board and is back into it. lol He use to work with Don at the Cig plant. I've learned a lot from this guy..the history lesson I get is awesome from these old timers..I have all the respect in the world for these guys. |
