Get what you need custom made. That is what I did and it did not cost any more than Dana stuff. They did not make particular item though.

So now after canceling, having them tell me the amount to be credited to my card, and placing an order to have what I need made by another company.......they do not credit me but instead place a charge for shipping and send me a tracking #.

I called and the woman says she has no record of my order.....what the hell!!??

I ordered a set of the internal exhaust flappers in March and they didn't show up until June. Many calls, emails and excuses. I won't be doing business with them again. It's one thing to set clear expectations with customers about turnaround times but it's another to lead your clients on just to keep the orders. I can't believe they are still in business quite frankly.

That's exactly what I ordered from them in February and didn't show up until end of May... same EXACT experience. See my earlier posts.. the most frustrating buying experience ever. and as far as I can tell, they're the only place to get those internal flapper carriages. I hope I never lose another one. otherwise, I'll have to change my exhaust tips..I'd never order from them again..

Teague has their own version. I'm not sure how they compare.

I spoke to Eric a few times about it. He was trying to help but it wasn't a direct replacement. Normally, Teague is my first call for pretty much everything.

Going on month of promises for a 4-5 day switch panel order, every week the same "ships on Thursday" "the shipping girl has been out" "waiting for this, waiting for that". Just got off the phone after 30 minutes of on and off hold and then busy signal. Last order for us!!!!!
