Update: Johnny has communicated fairly well over the past 3 weeks but keeps just pushing me off to the following week making excuses about coming up with the money. I told him he has until Friday before the attorneys take the file again and proceed with the lawsuit. I was trying to keep the lawyers out of this after the demand letter was sent but if the excuses keep coming I will have to get them back in gear.
