Brian I hate to say this but no tracking number=nothing shipped. I hope you get your parts bud, I can't believe people do this to hard working people such as yourself. What's the guys name so we can avoid him?

Avoid him...... I want to sick my wife on his a.ss she will digg up as much chit as she can and then we putt it up for everyone to see. She once dug up enough chit on a guy and aired it out to all of his wifes company that ended up ending his marriage. And for what... becose he didnt want to pay me my 300$ for a days work.

I have met Brian and he is a stand up guy that will give this person time to come clean, but if this person doesn't come through with the goods, well what else is one to do but warn the rest of us? I don't understand what could motivate someone to cash a check and not send the goods. If I ran into problems delivering on a deal I would go out of my way to stay in constant communication/and offer to refund the cash until the time came that I could deliver! In the end all we have is our good name!

Its a good thing that Brian41 is handling this more professionally than you would. I'm sure he can handle a bad business situation without turning it personal.

I hope Brian gets his parts ASAP or a refund.

This section is for posting FACTS. Posts that turn it personal will be deleted.

thirdchildhood 02-24-2015 05:55 AM

I hope you resolve this soon, Brian. Be sure and let us know how the puppy fared in that house fire that most likely burned up your stuff.:doggy:

motor 02-24-2015 06:08 AM

Not knowing either buyer or seller ,I've got to agree with Griff ..Don't make it a personal assault....... The way you said it ,it sounds like you are happy you ended a marriage over 300 dollars.........sheese!

1989mach1 02-24-2015 06:45 AM

It wasnt the first time that guy f.ed me over and did the dame to outher workers am I glad carma came back to bite him yes he never payed a concrete company 30k for the concrete he used. He is a tool and deserved what he got. Now it comes back to brian. I have seen him around on here for zome years now and never seen him do anything but try to help people and be nice to everyone. He as well as eveyone else on here that work hard and save to buy a set of props for a g or the parts u need for 800. To some of us thats not just pocket money. So yes as it has been weeks not days i can say that I would go to bat for brian and most of the people on here that I know. After weeks of a guy taking your money and not getting you your stuff.... yes it is personal.

1989mach1 02-24-2015 06:54 AM

Even if brian gets the parts today and I really hope he does it is still bad business and not right. We here this storys to much and it gets old. Oh I sent it or I will tomorrow I havent had time or my phone was dead thats why I didnt ancer and so on and so on and this is why there is a set of labed 28's for sale on here that where done by bblades that I want but haven't got.

1989mach1 02-24-2015 07:01 AM

If u dont like how I feel and to what i would be willing to to for someone thats fine I get it be if the so called could be a nice guy seller sent the chit like he should of and not engorged brain then thread would not exist and we wouldnt be having this conversation.

1989mach1 02-24-2015 07:05 AM

sent the check ($850.00) out on 1-17-2015, it gets cashed on 1-26-2015 and its 2-20-2015 and still no parts.

This equals the seller is not a good guy so whether you know him or not lets not try to stick up for this a ss hole

If he has a fax number, buck will hook him up...

Don't mess with Buck35....

j21black 02-24-2015 07:49 AM

I agree with the comment you are only as good as your name.

I sold a Dewalt 18V bare saw on Ebay in 2008. Guy bought it and I told him it would ship the next day. Long story short, I left it at home that morning and wasn't able to ship it. I contacted him that night and told him I wasn't able to ship it that day and I would overnight it at my expense the following day and that is what I did. Guy was happy and got it sooner than if I had shipped it ground. I didn't have to do it, but it was my mistake, not the buyers.

I agree, taking over a month is way to extreme. I would refund some money in an effort to make it right if I was the seller, but that's just how I operate.

Bad behavior without consequence equals no incentive to alter said behavior. Help the guy change by letting us know who he is. Maybe start with clues in case he's calling your bluff on outing him.

brian41 02-25-2015 06:51 AM

I sent him an E-mail yesterday afternoon stating I needed the tracking by the end of the day. When I came in this morning I got a tracking # that was for somebody else that he sent something to last month in Los Altos, California. I am in Michigan so I am sure that was not mine. I sent him another E-mail this morning telling him about this thread letting him know he needs to produce parts or a real tracking # by noon today or he will be named with all his contact info. At this point I know he is full chit and playing games but I will wait 4 more hours and post what I have on him.

Sucks Brian, I believe you've been in this situation before with a complete boat! I know your probably trying to save your 850.00 in parts by not outing him, but at this point I think there are no parts. Definitely out this guy. Let the power of OSO take over....good luck.

brian41 02-25-2015 07:10 AM

Your correct, my last OSO rip off was to the tune of $45,000.00 that is still not resolved after almost 4 years so $850.00 is just a cheap reminder.

ham_r_down01 02-25-2015 07:59 AM

Good luck Brian. Maybe we'll take some of the new toys out for practice. :violent040::waffen093::greenchainsaw:

Anyone else think the "man in brown" might have swiped the goods? :D

Jupiter Sunsation 02-25-2015 08:33 AM

You guys are too cynical......

Boat was sold by Bill Hionas, still has both banks on the titles, guy takes it to Cobra Power for "fresh used parts rebuilds with warranty," but decided to sell some leftover parts to Brian. He originally got the parts from Trick Marine, still has the boxes they go in but Fred Cecil hasn't sent him a receipt yet so he wants to include the receipt in the sale to Brian. Since he is trading the boat on a Spectre/Sonic center console he was just checking with Frisini Motorsports to make sure the Spectre/Sonic will be ready since it is in NJ getting some logo work done. Frisini is running the whole deal through his lawyer Mike A since he is on retainer. Boat has to get fitted for a Polycarbionic windshield custom made at SuperCat Cove (secret location with Sunkin installed anti-terrorist lawn I-beams surrounding the place. Sunkin is just back from paratrooper training, no he wasn't learning he was teaching the Seal Team 6 guys how its done. After all he has been personally ejected multiple times from Apache Powerboats but I can't tell you which ones because it is classified! Tim Sharkey hasn't gotten back from Miami yet with the models and he was going to shoot the Spectre/Sonic boat since it is a "one off" and might not be able to ever get pics of it again since the other guy Chuck has been trying to steal it. So Brian, you can see that the parts can't be shipped until Tim takes the pics of the boat Chuck is going to steal after Mike A. says it is ok for Tony to switch the logos with the parts that he got from Trick Marine and as the boat gets sent to the "Top Secret SuperCat Cove" under deep military cover for the fitting of the patented polycarbionic windshield before Cobra does the rebuilds and Hionas takes care of the title loans..........THE END! :D

As many of these bad deals I continue to read on this site this is the most baffling post I have seen so far. If you learned nothing from a bad 45k deal then sorry but you pretty much deserve the reminder.

REALLY!!!! So its trust nobody.........might as well close down the site!!!

I just got a good tracking # that shows it shipped 3:48 PM Monday and I will receive it by end of day on Friday. That means he shipped it nearly a week after the last time he told me they were shipped.......stay tuned to be continued.

it appears the power of oso is now in high gear.it looks like he does not want his name or contact information made public so he decided to ship your parts.i hope this has a happy ending for you brian.

"Deserve" ?

WTF was that ? How does one thief make the next guy a thief ?

US1 Fountain 02-25-2015 10:36 AM

The moose ate the tracking slip, thus why the no numbers from last Thursdays shipment. On the bright side, sounds like Brian is receiving 2 shipments.

From one Marine to another, sorry brother, but that sounds like backward thinking.

Deserve may have been a harsher term than necessary but it was you who admitted you must have needed a reminder. $45000 may not be a lot for some but it would be a dead stop for me. Trust is earned not given and this site is way more about sharing information than selling items or so I thought. At least it looks like you will get your order this time.
