After filing many complaints to no avail I must resort to social media. Boat was misrepresented as well. So, I guess BEWARE is the spot to put this schit. One bad apple.

Bank has the title; we have their collateral. He has (had) the money. Lawyer is next. Already FBI, on line FBI, States Attorney, DMV and Attorney General. He owns AUTO DRIVE INC. so hes not new to this procedure. Boat was misrepresented. Jim's been dealing in cars/boats his entire life and has always been trusting when it comes to fellow "car dealers." Once bitten; twice shy.
