Visa number is on file for every test propeller sent out. It only takes a phone call for the customer to cancel the card.

Yup.

Used to not charge core charged up front. No return, we'd charge card. Too many freakin people would dispute charges. One can't spend the time needed to fight customer and CC company.

It amazes me that someone would soil their good reputation over an $800 prop - yet sadly there seems to be no shortage of pricks out there who will do just that.

Sorry to hear that Brett. I'm about 15 minutes from Surrey. I don't know Dan, but maybe I'll know someone that does. I'm looking forward to having my prop tuned up by you guys this offseason!

I can't believe people try to rip you guys off. You do a good job on your props exactly like you say you will I like your work myself. Thank you. I have another for you guys to work for me soon. If you did ****ty work it would be another thing but you don't.
