2 years ago I contacted Donzi Direct. I needed an electrical panel for my 32 ZF.
The lady there, Sunny Stickles, was very polite. This was the last panel and I purchased it.
I inquired about having someone putting tin the switches and harness. She said she knew an electrician, a former Donzi employee, that would do the electrical work.
I paid for for it all, in full....$1300.00. as time went on, I was informed that it would take a while because the electrician would do it in his spare time.
for the past 6 months, no one returns my call, e-mail, texts. Don't trust these people!!!!

They are a small company that fills a niche for Donzi owners so it might take longer to get items that you ordered. I know it doesn't make up for the lack of communication but I seriously doubt they are out to scam people. I hope this works out and Donzi Direct continues to help Donzi owners source parts.

I've dealt with them for all kinds of things for my 28 ZXO. Sometimes slow but always came through. Stew

Update on Donzi Direct. Josh contacted me and I received my product. He was very apologetic.
If dealing with Donzi direct my recommendation is to deal with Josh directly.

I don't know about D/D. They want $600 for a single white vinyl seat back cushion.
