I have had several sets of props done by Hall. Got them back as promised and I am 500 miles away. Great prop job. He rarely answers the phone while working, but has always gotten back to me. He was away this past week at the races. I have had no problem talking with him.
As usual, there are probably 2 sides to every story.

Steet,you are right there are always two sides to every story. I would sure as hell like to hear his side since I haven't seen my prop since June 2nd,and I have a Visa bill for $325 dollars that I paid back in June.

Not returning calls while your working is understandable, not returning them at all is bad customer service...period. The issue here is not the quality of the lab service, but the customer service.

I consider Mike a friend and he has done some good work over the years for me. But Mike c'mon man get these guy's their props back and give a little extra for taking so long. I loaned a prop to a race team associated with Mike and it took (2) years to get it back. Mike get with the program - CUSTOMER SERVICE! BH

Hall is obviously a Miami Hurricanes fan is still peaved about what you boys from Ohio State did in last years championship game!:eek: :rolleyes: :cool:

Anybody run into Mike in Alabama or Key West? Still haven't heard from him.

He personally delivered our props on Nov 7 for
FlashWave. I saw him in O B. He always does great work & in a timely manner!!

I have had excellent service and work from Hall's. I highly recommend them to anyone within an hour's driving. I received same-day service on a pretty beat up stainless steel prop.
