Looking for a 43/46 EC/SC
Hey BT guys:
I have been looking at going (much) larger for a while now.
I don't think the 382 Formula is going to cut it for room. We have 2 kids 8 and 11 that are growing rapidly.
Can you guys give me some options on a clean used BT??

Black Thunder is a factory direct dealer / manufacture. Call Bob (the owner) of BT 800-544-5261. He will know of any currently or of owners thinking about selling that might fit what you need. I have friends with the 382 Formula and they are much smaller and more narrow. BT's are 9'6" wide. We have the 460EC and there isn't a bad seat in the boat for family or guests. Call or e-mail me directly with questions. TH

Thanks for the reply.
Good idea. I had thought that because the BT's are a smaller community a call to the factory would be in order.
They usually know who is moving up or out etc.
We run cruise mostly 40 to 60 mph with the Formula. Top speed is about 70 (GPS). What power do you have in the 46 and what is approx. top speed?

Those numbers are correct. I hit 75 with twin 525's and 26 Bravo 4 blade props. The twin 500efi boats also run above 70. We went from a 38' Baja and the ameneties on the BT are amazing. Very happy with boat.
