Default New owner of the Shogren BT

Just became a member of OSO and noticed the inquiry about the Shogren BT. Very excited about being a BT owner. Even though my first few outings with the boat were nothing but headaches and problems. Wish I only paid the 75k mentioned in an earlier thread. Nothing but problems with this boat since the first hour of owning it,. Any ways looking forward to a fresh start this coming summer.

I looked at that boat at Shogren's open house, at that time I was told the boat was sold.

I experienced some minor problems out of the gates. fuel pump went, trim tab line blowing off, out drive leaking. Got those resolved and after just a few more hours totally blew the portside motor. good news is both motors are out now and being rebuilt. The boat came with Prochargers on it. Can anyone tell me how their BT performes with twin 500efi's? I am still debating on whether to keep the prochargers on or not. Also wondering what type of props perform well? The boat has Bmax drives.
