has some delaminating issues on the bottom; inner aspect of the port side front step--OUCH

Saw it first hand a year ago. Bob since fixed it but ?????

hmmm: deja-vu

didn't realize Bob fixed it(must explain the $10K price hype since I talked to you about the boat)

any insight as to cause?

dunno about the price hype, both forward steps were starting to delam. about 4-5 inches each. Its fixed now. With a survey to verify the boat,it would be a nice machine to have. Im considering it but really wanting a 460 with trips.
