Not trying to start a rumor mill but I heard the same, It's pretty much over. Very unfortunate times for custom boat builders.

I do not know any details but I feel bad that you have asked twice now and no one answered.

I have heard that something went wrong also. Not sure exactly what happened but overall its not looking good.

Always a sad day when a offshore boat company is in trouble. I personally was really looking forward to Black Thunders updates that were in process. They have potential but it takes money to make money.

My common sense guess is the money ran out before more product could be sold...........why or who's fault I don't know. But its not like Black Thunder managed their money perfectly in the first place or the boats would have continued to be updated after 2008. But then again the economy surprised a lot of people. Yeah it would have been nice if the new investor/part owner could have saved the company, maybe they dropped the ball, maybe they made it worse. Sorry don't know the answer

No offense but I am curious why you are asking and who you are, since you only have 3 posts it seems suspicious. No big deal just wondering.

Very frustrating. We have a judgement against them for an invoice from 2007. Even with a judgement, they keep putting it off and dodging phone calls or attempts to communicate with them. It's not even that large of an amount.
