Default bow thrusters

Wondering if anyone has bow thrusters installed on their 43 or 46? Is the compartment under the V-berth deep enough into the water to make the thrusters effective?

I have a 46 with bow thruster. The installer built a small compartment in front of the vberth. The thruster works great

Anytime Jim. The thruster was on it when I bought it. It has been installed by Florida Bow Thruster. They travel to the installs. As I understand it, if you can catch them when they are in your area, you save a lot of cash
