Finally got my new windshield made and installed just on time for Desert Storm. Very long process. Because the front part of the windshield is over ten feet long, you have to purchase a 4x10 x 3/8 sheet of acrylic. No body stocks this from what I was told. Then cut the windshield diagonally to get it one piece. I was offered to make the front a two piece and then could of used a stocked piece of 4x8. Special order from over seas. The original acrylic used on mine was a smoked bronze. This was not available. Had to go with the Smoked Grey. Just slightly different. The company I used was local in Las Vegas and they do everything custom with acrylic. They do many marine windshields. Cost 3K.
I had researched around the country and could not come up with any info on where to get one and or have one made from Jenkins.

Ins. covered mine 100%. The windshield is 3 pieces, with the largest piece measuring over 11'. To keep it one piece, I had to special order a 4'x10' piece of acrylic and cut it out diagonally to make it fit. The company that made it says there are no suppliers in the US that stock that large a piece in the smoke color. Had to wait a couple months to have it shipped from China. I had the choice of making the front of the windshield a two piece with a seem in the middle.

Sorry I'm not on here much! The place is called Plasticare Inc. I made a template and they cut what I wanted. Then I used a heat gun and bent into place. Worked great just have to be patient and go slow. There Number in Colorado is 303-781-1171
