Default Adding 110V Outlets In Cabin

I only have one 110V outlet in the cabin and it's right next to the cabin door. Adding one near the galley will be easy since I have access behind it, but I'd like to extend one up near the V berth. The previous owner put a piece of granite over where the cooler insert so I can't get access under it. Any suggestions on how to run it through or around it. Thanks in advance. I have 43GT
