Default Re-Rig Mercury 860s 46 BT

Just heard that someone is putting a pair of Mercury Racing 860s in a 46 Black Thunder!

Very cool! I miss hearing about custom upgrades on real offshore powerboats!

The burgundy and silver one with 700s and 6s ran 91 in powerboat magazine test where some 47 Fountains only ran 90. So there's definitely some potential!

ran a 47 fountain triple 525 and ran 90
triple 700 must be closer to 100 mark imo

Anyone got good information on props I should be running? Just bought this and it had 28 5 blades but at 81mph rpms were too high and I had throttle left over.
Just ran some 4 blade 32s and got 5600 rpms and 87mph. This boat supposedly has seen 95, speedo recall says.
