Hope all my OSO Bud's and their families have a Happy and Safe 4th.

Remember...as the captain of your vessel...you are in charge of everyone's safety and well being. Go thru your safety check list in your mind continually and make sure there is a PFD for each person on board.

Keep an eye out for the "Other Guy" that may be careless and WILL cause you problems.
