which brand?

i want/need/etc to get one for my wife, and me
but mainly her as she has a neurological disease than can cause the limbs to say ****it and not work upon sudden events, like falling into water, laughing really hard etc

swimming she will wear a regular pfd vest,
but for all day comfort while moving i want her to have a auto inflate thats not real hot or bulky
mustang seems to the be the winner with the MIT vest, but was unsure how other brands may compare
sure wish we could test one at bass pro or on the dock before purchase

the test fit before you buy is a challenge here
