Default best set up for a 27 carrera center console?

i recently bought a 27 carrera center console or as some might know as the sf8m .this boat has twin 225 3l mercs on a huge setback swin bracket ...those of you who have or had or know about these whats the best set up for more MPH ...what setback,props,engine hight,ect ect and what speed do you guys see top end on these boats ...thanks

First thing I would do is turn those 225's into 250's or greater Are you making the keys run with the S&F boys next month? I am probably gonna miss this one, gotta go race in Cocoa.

looking for computers and front halfs from a 300 promax so thats in the works already ..... here is a picture from thursday night when i picked it up.

Nice boat. I had one just like it about ten years ago with twin 200 Yamahas. Ran about 50 mph. Good times

the one i have is not a cuddy cabin boat, it has like a step up sunpad. i dn-ont think i will get rid of it for a while ive been throwing money into it since i got it
