Default Conversion to offshore motor mounts in a ZT 260

Has anyone converted from the horizontal through bolted aluminum "L" brackets with the standard black engine Mercury pedestal mounts to solid offshore mounts in a 2003 Checkmate ZT 260 (or similar boat)? Mine originally had a 496. I am upgrading it to a new custom 565CI BBC. If so i would like to know what motor mount you bought.

I am measuring 25-3/4" between the stringers.

Thanks!
