I'm sure you've told on here somewhere, but what power? And price?

BTW, I think the new paint looks great, I just can't understand why you wasted all that money putting it on a Checkmate

Wow, you guys are scaring the crap out of me with all this talk of the boat hooking and wanting to roll. I have never had this happen with my 253, and since I do not have indicators on my tabs, I never know where they really are, so I usually just leave them all the way up.

I've ridden and drove in that boat and never felt it wanted to hook or roll. Did want tabs at slower cruise speeds to keep from porpising is all I remember from the ride.

It doesn't do it all the time, its really weird. It seemed to do it at slower speeds, say 30mph, when you would go to make a kind of sharp turn into a cove. Its like the water would push down on the top side of the tab forcing the boat to roll ALOT. Both my parents boat and another friends 270br did the same thing, and yes they both had a little porpoise at cruise as well.

Maybe it is just the BR for some silly reason. Should be the same cuz I am pretty sure the 253 and the 259 or now 270 has the same hull, just a different deck. I will definitely keep an eye on it.
