Why staggered setup?

Kills the cabin space for a 36................

That was a really fun project and yes, that boat ran well. I agree with your sources.
So you would agree taller transom for side by side or staggered option, forward stepped bottom, (not reversed like Chief) and large a notched transom? Maybe a 5 degree reverse chine or better?

Yep, cool boat for sure. WOTW2E did the rigging, we did the engine hatch and rear seating, Checkmate finished everything else. The Baja 36ol was a wave crusher but there is so much more we could do now to build a better one.

Older 36 Outlaws are still worth fixing up and having a nice boat at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Only 1 built?

Was meaning cockpit space looked small for a 36 in previous post. Not cabin......
