The lighting makes it look different but it is pretty close to the Burgundy of the hull stripes.

Sweet engine. What mod's have you done ?

none.
Changed the head gaskets to Fel-Pro's.
Spent enough $$$$$ for this year.
Maybe over next winter I may pull the heads, change to Manley valves and change to a HP500 cam and valve train.
We'll see how it runs this year.

I'm finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
I'll get some pics posted tomorrow or next day

All the hard work is done, but the details take forever.
Still have ignition, wiring, and exhaust.
Maybe by the end of this "rainy" weekend.
The rains got to stop sometime, right???
