Have an original deep v 1979 Excalibur by Chris Craft 31 FT all the Hard work is done New Transom New stringers and new interior done Fountain style still wrapped in plastic

Can someone make some light on that boat?
Descriptin AND registration states it is a 35...??? Arent they 31?
How is that cabin made with a center cabin entry??? Never thought it would be possible in a tunnel...
Bolster seat???? First time i see a cat with bolster
