I'm new to this forum. Looks like a lot of great info from you guys. I have a question, do any of you know of a Fittipaldi stinger for sale in PA ?. I think it's Lakeside Marina. Says it has reconditioned 454's. It's being listed for 22.5K, looks like it's in pretty good shape. I was going to go see it since I only live about an hour from there. Thanks..

I was under the impression the Fitipaldi was only in a 42 foot version and only made three years 88-91?
I also believe they only came in red???

They made 10 Fittipaldi 312 .

I know of 2 in germany and yes they original are red.

The only thing i did not like was the radar arch but it was easy to remove !!

They came with Merc Bulldog 540's and TRS drives and white interior !!

I think they made more than 10 in 88. And all the ones I've seen had 454's or 502's in them. There is still one in Maryland that looks good on line. Askin price was 36k. Looked at one here in town a while back, plus the one at Lakeside. That boat has been there a while. Not many around though thats for sure, be a croud pleaser in good shape.

BUt i know some came with 540 Bulldog 500 HP merc engines !!!!

I am pretty sure they made more than 10- I have seen at least 3 around here. Mel Gibson made that boat famous in Tequila Sunrise

Didnt mean to rock your boat Daredevil, that was just what I've seen with the motors and my 2 cents on the number, hell I've heard as few as 6 on this site built in 88.
