Default 230 ltd top speed

Good morning. I am in the process of restoring my 1987 230 ltd. I am building a 350 vortec roller for it with around 375-400 hp. It has a cobra outdrive and will have thru hulls and fresh paint for next spring. I would like toof between 60-65 out of the boat and need to know if this is a realistic goal with what my plans are. In stock trim with the cobra and a 260 hp and alluminum prop (I think it is a 15x17) the boat would run between 45-48. I have not had much experience with prop setups and such. As I grew up more with cruisers and have restored wood boats both of which I was never really concerned with top speeds. Any help and wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

I say 57 mph. I had a 245 LTD...with a warmed up 502, spinning a labbed 25 Mirage+...and it went 65-67 on a perfect day. If you see 60 mph...I'll be surprised sir.
