Florida has gone way over our quota for "people with more money than brains" There is a certain group of people out there that aren't as obsessed as us with offshore boats and don't care about the boat. It's just a throwaway toy to them. Or they're just stupid.

Salt will do that to the bottom over time. It happens much quicker when you don't wash it off, especially on the sides. Clearly the boat hasn't seen soap since you last washed it.
