They sag is because under the pad there is a nylon fabric that acts like a trampling that has laces in the center. If the kids jump on the bed the laces will rip and it will sag. Easy to fix

Thanks - looks like the first thing I woud do is replace that nylon with something stronger.

Ours sag because the zipper on one side pulled from the seem in the nylon pad. I like the bed the way it is though. Feels like a hamock!

It's a very strong fabric. It's the eyelets that rip out.
