Re: Very nice 38' flatdeck
Question: Whats up with the exhaust ? Never seen anything like that before. Looks like it may be switchable to exit under water vs straight out ?
Something from Gibson ?
BTW,Beautiful boat

That is correct. When they started cracking down on noise, I had to route the exhaust underwater. I removed the mufflers and added the 4" "down tubes" to help the noise issue. There was still a little exhaust that leaked past the butterflies, in the mufflers, so I you capped the mufflers completely, as shown on several of the pictures on the companies website for my ad in the classifieds. That modification took care of the noise problem and I've since been tested @ 78dbl's @ idle with that configuration.

Hey guys,
This boat is just incredible. Met RPM yesterday, he's docked near me out here at LOTO. All business baby!!!!
I really love the old school look. All that new funky stuff with pirates and skulls do nothing for me. Give me a badass old wave crushing monster anyday!!!!
I feel that it's a deal at that price. Yes, its pricey for a 1984 boat, but its built with nothing but the best with no expense spared.
A new Cig will depreciate more than the asking price of this boat as soon as you pull out of the dealers yard
If I had the extra bread, this boat would be mine!

I also saw this work of art at loto. Quite a piece of art. I like the amount of detail this person has invested in this boat. I wish i could afford the upkeep on a boat like this. There is a nice cig in the CPC group that looks like this one and i know it is taken care of very well, but id have to give the kudos to this guys . I dont own a cig. i just came on here to see if i could find the asking price. Super nice boat. Maybe Someday!

I have known this boat for 3 years. Gary keeps this boat in top shape. It has the attention to detail that all of us dream about. The mechanics of it are tough and hold up. Nothing hacked together on this one. It will make someone a great boat and a crowd pleaser.
