If you know about the price range range for the boat could you post it also please. I would like to save this thread to my list.

If your seriously thinking about buying, I would do it before the end of the year. All the sales tax is a write off if your in that bracket and it works for you. Fl has no state income tax, so it was a nice bonus last year when I bought mine.

This may not be an issue in the state he lives in. You could spend a million $$$$ on a used boat in this state and not pay 1 red cent in sales tax. As long as the boat has been tagged one time you never pay sales tax on it again here.
