that' the same boat as ours (90 mph model), actually we were very but very close to buy that one but the owner at the time didn't know what he wanted to do very nice boat i love the stand up bolsters in the back . that boat with twin 900 will be a 101-103 mph boat we have twin 1000 hp chief in ours and we see around 105 -106 :evilb: :evilb:

p.s = chief engines hands down tell your buddy he's got the baddest of the baddest engines around period :D

funny this post was started as I was going to start a post showing two 90 MPH models side by side at Chief's (mine and Carl's)....as for former L & L, Carl is doing a tremendous job restoring her with the right folks....can't wait to see her on the water......

This is great stuff. Come on Cig guys you have to have more pics of the 90mph Top Guns. How about a printable copy of a brochure from 93 or so? Are these the baddest of the bad when it comes to Top Guns? Are they better in the rough than side by side?

yup they sure were, staggered was better then side by side for many reason besides cockpit comfort especilly in the rough when it came to balance :evilb:

That engine room looks absolutly stunning !!! Nothing like a pair of big bad blown big blocks. Its great that there are people who take the time and money to do a good job on these classics.

That is a beautiful boat. I love the way the exhaust is set up. One of my tubes dump right on top the extension box and I hate it. I think one of my winter projects is to angle them up a little and go over top and might run a tube out the side and down so when I close the flaps it exits under water when I'm idling. Not about to run full time mufflers I like the dry tubes to much. :D

Hey here are some more pic of the pure pressure boat. Its the Boat that Cecil had before he traded up for the Tiger in the "My Favorite Tiger" Forum.

I have a few more running shots and an interior shot but I'll have to look for them.
