My favorite tiger

1 Attachment(s)
saw this boat when i was buying my TG, it was going to the Islands, straight bottom 42 with 900 plus and #6

The dash was awsome, I am usually not a fan of flag paint, but this is my all time favorite

Thought I would share

A Tiger with sixes, 900s and an awsome paint job as well. I have to agree with you.

It was traded in on the purple Lip-Ship 39 that's on the cover of everything. Went to the islands after that.

Re: My favorite tiger

It's a great flag job, but I know someone who had one set up just like that, bought it new, couldn't keep it running, sold it a went with a TS with bulldogs. He had all the money to keep it running, but it couldn't be done on a dependable basis.
If you get the chance, always go witht he TS, and a little less power (750hp range would be optimum, in my opinion)

From what I understand those extra 7 or so miles an hour you gain with a stepp hull can be a bit like riding on marbles. I'd rather have the straight hull with big power. 900's and # 6's in a straight hull Tiger is incredible package and safe to boot. Just my .02. Don't knock it till you try it.

That makes me sad that the boat is burt up, but also leaves the paint job open for some other boat.

Big power and 6's with a straight bottom is a better ride in the rough - for sure!
