I think it did belong to a guy on this board (haven't seen him here in a long time), then it got repoed. I saw it over the summer on Clear Lake. I'm guessing it was the guy who bought it from the bank. Now it's been repoed again?
If it isn't the same boat it looks like it, I could be wrong. I'll do some checking and see if it is it.

If I rember right the guy that builds joker power boats used to race that boat. He is from the atlanta area, he worked at the marina that raced it and sold Cig.s at that time.

The looks like the old Power Boat Tours boat that Brian Hollis ran in P Class. They built two boats the same (I think) one was raced, and one wasn't. It had a drop in bolster to go between the two for a navigator.

The boat belongs to a guy in Clear Lake, TX. I was trying to buy the boat but the guy decided he liked it too much to sell
I do know that the boat went to Tres for some freshening after he bought it, so it may be in decent shape now.
Those ads that you found are ancient. The boat isn't for sale currently.
I have his information around somewhere if you want to get in touch with him. He is a lurker around here sometimes as well, so he may contact you.
