Default Fuel valve shut off in a Bullet

On a cig 1988 Bullet, where can I find my fuel shut off valves. I wan to take off the carbs to be rebuilt so I have to disconect the fuel lines. Thanks

Under the rear bench you'll find a round access cover. Pry up and you will see 'em. OR there are valves by the fuel filter. No need to shut off the fuel, the line is higher than the tank.
