Slip is not all bad maybe.

for me the cruise speed went up 5mph @ 3000rpm 6-8 mph @ 3500 + 2-3 top end a little slow to plane (no difuser ring) BT told me a difuser ring helps planning. they are the way to go. IMO. i have the 5 blade alittle over 8% slip

FYI - As previously stated (in several posts I've seen), the brillo pads work MUCH better than the SOS re: cleaning lowers! Don't get me wrong... it still isn't fun to do!!!
