It's been on ebay a couple of times too. I think Dreamer's is going to be a much better deal. I have a feeling this one is an overpriced beater, unless they've done a lot of work to it.

IF its the one i think it is... wood floor is toast... all ultra leather replaced w/ regular vinyl... playboy boat for the bunnies then bought by the guy that set up the colorado atheletes w/ the hookers and strippers... u could rent the boat fron him w/ porn stars as entertainment 
... i garuntee that there stabin cabin been used a few times ... also had party bardges etc
