Sure not many Bullets out there

Except for the ones listed here I can only find two other ones out there on the net. One has no pics, but mostly original with the 454s, and is cheaper. The other has the Tiger stripes, same price range as mine, but still black dash and passenger helm, old style and ugly seats but does have A/C.

So!!! Is the used boat market in the toilet due to the gas prices or what??

Or!! Am I not looking in the right place to find them??
Thanks
John

Your Bullet is Awsome! I can't belive sombody has not snatched it up! I was wondering if you had any pics of your Bullets Bathroom? Specifically, the hatch under the head. Thanks

Maybe the price? Sure is a good looking boat.

You have a very clean and beautiful Bullet. There can only be one reason why it hasn't sold. Your price is too high.

BTW... Do you have Bravo drives or TRS?

Well the one you bought was listed for the same price range, and I know I'm prejudiced but sure like mine with the flag and matching interior better. And like I said the ugly Tiger stripe boat is same price range and not even close. So, just don't feel my price is out of line, but haven't had any offers either.

BTW, mine has Bravo drives.

Where it the Tiger one listed ?

Your boat looks nice, but for some people the paint may be too much for thier liking.

I see that under your avatar it say's that your boat doesn't run. What happened to the 3000HP Revolution with the Bravo's??????

Your bullet is one of the nicest out there.
For around 65-70k though... i'd take the pink flamingo.
It seems like its just hard to sell boats these days.

some engine builders have as short attention span... :p it been 1 year, 7months, and finally all we got left is dyno, gettin custom center exhaust from stainless marine, install mills and new drives, makes platforms in the bilge to put in new lifts (prochargers would ahve hit old ones), and hope to god all three dont blow up again

yeps, i think lakeluvers is priced right, but if theres no buyers and you have to have it gone then theres nothing to do to that boat but lower the price, unless u have time to sit on it.

You have one of the nicest Bullets around and there are only a hand full for sale. Took me 2 years to sell mine. Last August I updated the dash. Had it up on OSO classified & got more hits than anywhere else it was advertised. Upon the survey it passed with flying colors and was valued at $55K. Sold the boat in the mid $40's & probably could have got more had I took a gamble. I bought that boat for under $17K and needed ALOT of work. Figured I had about $30-35K in it. Used the boat for several years and enjoyed the sh*t out of it. Gonna miss it but I'll be working on the '88 Bullet I've had for over 15 years thats been mothballed for the last 4 years.
You will probably see my old Bullet in LOTO its there now.
What I would suggest is to get a survey advertising the value & drop the price if you can & should sell.
Best wishes, Stan.

Exactly!!!! Altho dash and gauges has been done, the rest of the helm is still all black, not redone like mine. Cockpit in that one needs some serious help. But hey, for about 5 grand I can take care of that. Maybe some folks like that ugly paint but I don't think it even comes close to my flag!!!. Oh well some people call me prejudiced. :):):)

Well guess you're talking about your old boat. And altho i'm sure its nice and clean, all stock and plain except for the motors of course. I for one don't want a blower motor boat. So there are arguments both ways. By the time you got a sexy paint job and newer upgraded interior, my guess is that you'd be around 90K. So the Bullet doesn't look too bad then. Just my .02 worth.

You've got to have an awful special bullet to get high sixties IMO. Craig had the nicest one I've seen, and I think he was somewhere in that neighborhood price wise? Definitiely a nice looking boat though, and someone would love to have it.

That and a $80K loan will get you a sweet top gun and it's already at the lake :D.

And on the plus side with it or Jon's boat the classified ads are already written so when you go to sell them in 3 months you won't have to rewrite them  :evilb: :D

Make a deal, the bullet is a great boat :D

Here is one in CT, that has 454s, but no pics so probably pretty original looking but $48,995.

http://adcache.boattraderonline.com/6/9/1/84038591.htm

But you'd spend way more than 15K to get it like mine. Good luck.
