Re: Trim & drive Location for Top Gun
In my 1997 straight bottom Kevlar Gun I plane out with drives in all the way or at negative trim zero on a Bravo drive. With my tabs down @ 7 she pops right out of the water at 35mph or so @ 2800 to 3000 rpms .
We don't run to much positive trim 1 1/2 or 2 maybe until the low 70s @ 4500 rpms or so and unless its real real choppy we still run some tab to keep her tight depending on conditions. After the mid 70s these hulls really come alive and want to be trimmed out and loose the tab. Good luck with the new rig, your going to love it.! |

Phil, keep trying Jeff, he's been pretty busy lately.
What exhaust are you using? How does she sound and idle? |
Re: Trim & drive Location for Top Gun
CMI cracklin good very little surge. It's funny you ask about exhaust because i was wondering why one moter has platmum e-tops and the other has ploished?
