The swim platform on my '97 Gun is looking pretty nasty from salt water corrosion. I want to replace it but I want to use the same mounting holes and bracket surfaces patterns so I don't have to repaint my transom. Is the older style platform that I have still available from Cig or others? If I switch to the newer rounded version, are the attachment brackets and hole locations the same as the older style?
Thanks-

If it's a 97, it most likely made for Cigarette by Aluminum Marine.

Call Kevin, owns west coast offshore unlimited
http://www.westcoastoffshoreunlimited.com/
He has some incredible stuff! He can even custom CNC the name of your boat into the step or do whatever you want. He is building for Lip-Ship and has done MANY steps for Cig, Outterlimits, Nor-Tech, Dragon, etc. etc.
I know if you trace our your current step on a large piece of butcher paper and mail it you can get the exact dimensions.
Call Kevin and see what he can do for you. Very cool guy.

While we're on this topic, anyone mount a pull down ladder to this style swim platform? Any idea where I can locate one & where/how best to attach it? My platform will be coming off this winter for fresh powercoating and I'd like to add a pull down ladder for the wife & kids.
