Re: head problem, haha
Ck the fuses and make sure your circuit switches are "on". Sounds like a simple power supply problem. As a ditch effort run a hot wire to the switch.

Re: head problem, haha
I had the same problem in my 1990 Bullet. It had the original pump. I replaced the pump (and "Y" valve) and now everything works!
Good luck! |

I got the parts at West Marine. A one-hour job. |

Re: head problem, haha
I had the same type of problem. I replaced the switches and ended up replacing the wiring, it had a bad ground wire. I could jump the pump to the fuse panel and it would run.

Re: head problem, haha
Get a buddy to help you do this. Have him/her in the head to operate the switches. Go to the macerator with test light. You can get a good ground source if you remove the panel in the head behind the dash. There's a grouund block in there. With a long piece of wire (ground) and test light by the macerator have someone operate the lower switch (macerator) and check for power.
To check the pump remove the storage compartment to the right of the sink. Actually I would start here 1st. Check to see if you have power into both switches. USE THE GROUND BLOCK W/YOUR TEST LIGHT behind that panel. I'll bet it's the power source going to those switches. Test your fuses with the test light on each side. They are located under the steering wheel access. Good luck |
