whats up dreamer, 42's are gorgeous boats. but everyone i've ever spoken with complains about the same thing with stock power...they porpose bad. no matter how ya trim or tab them. a good friend of mine just traded a gorgeous 04 with 525's for an 05 39 unlimited with 525's and said it was the best $$$ he'd spent. he actually enjoys using his boat now. just my .02 even when we ran in GL's 42 she proposed in the flat stuff. good luck in your search

looking to go for a ride in a t/s 575 boat... also its never flat on lake erie

I have to agree, being in cleveland with no where to go, big motors reallly limit your operating range, plus dont forget the high test fuel either. Do you got dean's cell phone number? Will he be there whenever you run into a problem? You cant go wrong with turn key boating
