That's a kick ass machine you built there ASG.
Brandon --- I was in the boat w/ Neill and Tim and can verify I never saw us South of 90 MPH (even when we were passing all those cats whom couldn't handle the water! ). The OU boat hung beside us pretty much the whole way. It seemed clear that he was SURELY holding back. However, in the calm on the way back we did get payback. SOMEONE, whom I'll leave nameless, sprayed the crap out of us shortly after leaving Big Dicks. When he passed he cut from left-to-right and then again from right-to-left (to be fair, he said he felt horrible and did appologize, as it was not intentional). The only person that got nailed was Neill. Tim and I saw it coming and ducked!!!

Sounds like a fun ride! That boat is awesome.

It sucks to get sprayed down, but at least it wasn't salt water if that's any consolation!

Yeah, we were all pretty p!ssed, until we realized it WASN'T salt --- not being used to boating in fresh water.

If I remember correctly, I think the spray actually launched the glasses right off Neill's face!

Is there any difference in the cockpit space between a 38 & 39? Also, are the 700's fresh water cooled? I love the red, silver, and black boat......

Basically same cockpit - if they aren't actually identical.

Yes --- Fresh water cooled w/ larger internal coolers (than the 600's)....

They SCREAM when you get on it! The sound is amazing. I couldn't even hear my little 525's when we were running beside it. Oh, and after riding in the 700 boat, getting back in my mine felt like I had the accelleration of a Hyundai. Took the whole next day back in my boat to feel like we were going fast again!

The 700 NXT boat is AWESOME. I just can't stomach the $$$$ for a new one. So, I'll be patient until ASG sells his

Joe,

You will have to wait a while I really love the boat....

The cokcpit on the new one is a little smaller than that of the old 38.
