2003 T/S Full Cabin 525 EFI SmartCraft Top Gun ---
We did a bit of "tweaking" to the ol' girl this weekend ---- and look what we found! Not bad considering it's stowing six 12" woofers, 7 amps, 4 batteries and sixteen 6 1/2's (not mentioning neon throughout the engine room, cockpit and cabin) ------ which is the reason I will never feel safe leaving my boat at Phil's shop. Quoting him, "You need to rip that stereo bullsh!t outa there.... You've ruined the boat!"
hehe, Phil! Only kidding...
Of course it's almost winter time now (that the boat's all tweaked-up!)
...and yes, like all boat owners --- it is for sale!!!

The 89.4 MPH run came from "another" set of props that mysteriously showed up. They're thin....
I bought a regular set of 30's from Trick (for everyday and "big wave" running). They're easy to get on plane w/ a bunch of folks/fuel in the boat and nice have nice accelleration (top speed = 86 MPH ~ and change.
I'd recommend running the stock 30's for everyday... and when you find the perfect 3-4'er, no more than 3 (skinny) people in the boat w/ 100 gal. of fuel or less day... I'll run these ---- Herrings is all I'll say! .
Joe
Bottom line --- buy a Lip-Ship!!!
