I trie your e-bay auction but it must be over, what kind of money are you looking for, for thr trs parts. The one I blew a hole in is the clockwise unit, not sure if that left or right, I'm assuming its the right.

How'd the conversion work out? Are you pleased with the results.

The conversion went great, the boat is winterized and I have no props yet. I am going to test in the spring, but I am sure that I will be happy. They look great. Biggus helped me install.

There are a left and right hand rotation drive. The difference is in the lower unit. If you look at the prop shaft you should see a L or R stamped in it.

My TRS Parts are again on Ebay, the upper case is a great deal for somebody. Neither Items have a RESERVE. Now is the time for rebuilds.
